Arrabbiata sauce with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • olive oil
  • 200g tuna in tins
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 280g  Arrabbiata  ready sauce
  • 400g   dried pasta
  • Chopped parsley (to suit your taste)

Method

  • In a large skillet, heat tomato sauce  over medium heat.
  • Next, add capers and the can of tuna with its oil content. Break up the large pieces of tuna with a fork or wooden spoon.
  • Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes or until al dente.
  • Drain, and toss with tuna red sauce in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
