Ingredients for 4 servings:
- olive oil
- 200g tuna in tins
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 280g Arrabbiata ready sauce
- 400g dried pasta
- Chopped parsley (to suit your taste)
Method
- In a large skillet, heat tomato sauce over medium heat.
- Next, add capers and the can of tuna with its oil content. Break up the large pieces of tuna with a fork or wooden spoon.
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain, and toss with tuna red sauce in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
