Ingredients for 2:
- 400g Ready chick peas
- 280g ready ARRABBIATA
- Oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- Bacon (optional)
- One bowl of couscous per person. (Choose precooked couscous. It is quick and convenient)
Method
- Drain the chick peas from their water and combine with the tomato sauce in a saucepan together with oregano and laurel.
- Stir occasionally and cook them over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot together with a bowl of plain couscous.
- If you want to use the bacon, than you have to cut it in small pieces and brown it in the saucepan, before you add the ARRABBIATA.
