Ingredients for picture 2: basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, small mozzarella bites.

A nice way to use avocado and pesto, is to put a few slices of avocado on a toasted slice of bread. Serve with a few drops of basil pesto and lemon juice

You can fill an avocado with cherry tomatoes and small mozzarella bites and a few drops of pesto as condiment.

Cut the avocado in 2 halves, remove the pit and scoop about 2 tsp to make the hole bigger. Add one tsp of basil pesto into the center and crack an egg onto it. Bake for 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked. Add some pepper on the top and serve.
You can add some salt if you wish, but we suggest you to taste the basil pesto first, as it may contain enough salt.
So it all depends from the quantity of pesto you will use.
