Ingredients:
- Bread cut in slices and toasted
- Basil pesto
- Chopped ripe tomatoes (or roasted bell peppers or mozzarella slices, or roasted pumpkin cubes)
Procedure:
Slightly toast the bread slices, spread some pesto on the top and add some chopped tomatoes (or any of the other ingredients mentioned above)
Suggestion:
For a more special bruschetta you can have pesto at the bottom, mozzarella in the middle and tomatoes on the top. This is the so-called BRUSCHETTA CAPRESE!
